Your invitation to become a Gloucestershire Crimestoppers Ambassador...
Does your organisation come into contact with individuals who may have information relating to a crime but not want to reveal their personal identity?
Did you realise that during 2015, anonymous information reported via Crimestoppers enabled Gloucestershire police to make 35 arrests and seize drugs to the street value of £1,306,064?
Are you aware that Crimestoppers is the only independent charity in the UK that enables people to report information relating to crime anonymously with a 24/7 phone or online reporting form service which is available to anyone who does not wish to reveal their identity?
Gloucestershire Crimestoppers is keen to develop a regional network of organisations and businesses who are willing to help tackle crime and make our communities safer places to live, by becoming Ambassadors.
If you think your organisation or business could become an Ambassador, helping to spread the message that anyone with information on crime can report anonymously, then come along to our next free networking event to find out more!
We've already run successful events in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and the Forest of Dean. Our next event:
- Cirencester - Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, GL7 6JS - Monday 27 February 2017
Interested? Register your place now!
Events will start at 3.30pm for presentations to commence at 4.00pm. The presentations will include a regional Crimestoppers representative and a guest speaker sharing their organisation's experience of becoming an Ambassador. There will then be an opportunity for Q&As, to sign up to the Ambassador Scheme and further networking until 5:30 pm.
Book now to avoid disappointment, as places are limited. Should you have any questions, please contact Ambassadors.Gloucester@crimestoppers-uk.org.
Who could you be joining as Ambassadors?
Thank you to all our Ambassadors!
