We highlight importance of whistleblowing at Emergency Services Show this September
Crimestoppers will be at the Emergency Services Show at the NEC Birmingham on 20 September.
Our charity’s Director of Business Growth & Fundraising, David Crawley, will talk at the event on Wednesday 20 September about whistleblowing and speaking up in the emergency services sector, and why having an independent process in place will encourage openness to concerns in the workplace.
Independent Chair of the Accountability and Liaison Board at the National Guardian Suzanne McCarthy will join David. The title of their joint session is ‘The Emergency Services: When voices need to be heard’.
“I am delighted to be speaking at The Emergency Services Show and would encourage people to join our frank conversation about whistleblowing and speaking up in the emergency services. It is by working together that we can keep communities safer.”
David Crawley, Crimestoppers Director of Business Growth & Fundraising
The Emergency Services Show will showcase top innovations in the sector. Experts, professionals and thought leaders will be brought together on 19-20 September.
