Business continuity – or the ability to withstand a crisis – is a critical part of any organisation’s planning.

Crimestoppers recently launched one of the most comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests in its history. 

Within 60 minutes of evacuating our offices, our Contact Centre was up and running at our alternative standby site, receiving calls, processing online forms and passing on vital information to our police and business partners.
