Lucy Terry joins Crimestoppers as Head of Marketing and Communications
We're delighted to announce that Lucy Terry has joined Crimestoppers as our new Head of Marketing and Communications, where she will lead our charity’s integrated marketing and communications strategy.

Her remit includes oversight of brand, campaigns, media and digital activity, all aimed at increasing awareness and usage of Crimestoppers’ unique, anonymous crime reporting service.
Lucy brings extensive experience in large‑scale, purpose‑led communications and behaviour‑change campaigns. At Network Rail, she led nationally recognised public safety initiatives including Small Talk Saves Lives and You vs Train, delivering high‑profile, insight‑driven work designed to influence public behaviour.

In her new role, Lucy will look to lead a major brand‑boosting and awareness programme. This will focus on identifying and targeting the drivers of behaviour that influence whether people come forward with information about crime.
