We're appealing for help to trace this man after a woman was seriously injured following a stabbing in Coventry on 18 February.

We were called to an address in Swanswell Street at just before 4.30am.

A woman in her 20s was discovered with multiple stab wounds and was rushed to hospital. She continues to recover from her injuries.

Following enquiries we've established Deara Sadiq as our prime suspect.

The 21-year-old is from the Coventry area and we'd ask anyone with information to contact us, rather than approach him.
