In the community
Support our core services through your contribution
Crime can be frightening, whether it is happening to you or someone you know.
As the UK’s leading crime-fighting charity, we work around the clock to give ordinary people the power to prevent crime happening in their community.
Since 1988, we have enabled members of the public to speak up and stop crime – 100% anonymously. By turning silent witnesses into the celebrated Stoppers who contact us with information, we have made a positive impact in the lives of millions around the UK.
Fighting the good fight
We receive over 700,000 anonymous calls and contact forms every year, averaging around 1,000 pieces of information every day. Despite this, we are more determined than ever to make our service even more inclusive and accessible for those who need us.
How we do it
Our website is available in seven different languages and we can receive information from the public in over 140 languages. Our lines are open 24/7, 365 days a year – because crime never stops and neither do we.
How you can help
With your contribution, we can increase the accessibility of our service to help more individuals, families and communities stand up and speak out against crime.
Please support us in our work to help reduce and eliminate crime in the community.
