Crimestoppers offers reward as we appeal for information following death of Sussex hairdresser
We're seeking information to help find a man wanted in connection with the death of 20-year-old hairdresser Amber Street, who died following a three-vehicle collision on the A27 near Arundel.
Mohammed Rasauli
As an independent charity, we're offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information given directly and exclusively to Crimestoppers that leads to the arrest of Mohammed Rasauli, who is wanted on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Rasauli has been placed on Crimestoppers' Most Wanted gallery.

Amber, from Sidlesham, West Sussex, was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash, which happened at around 11.15 pm on Wednesday 15 July 2026. Three other people were injured.
Almost two months on, the suspect has still not been traced. It is believed he has connections who may be able to provide him with accommodation, travel and financial support, helping him to stay hidden.
Rasauli has links to West Sussex especially Brighton, plus London and Birmingham – he may also be abroad.

Amber’s family continue to live with the devastating impact of her death and are understandably frustrated.
“Amber was a much-loved daughter and friend whose life was cut short in the most tragic of circumstances. Her family have shown incredible strength, but nearly two months on, they are still waiting for the person responsible to be found.
"Somebody, somewhere, knows where Mohammed Rasauli is. Perhaps you’ve heard him mentioned, seen him staying somewhere he shouldn’t be, or know someone who has helped him keep out of sight.
"You can tell our charity what you know, 100% anonymously, and that information could be the missing piece that finally brings him to justice.”
Annabelle Goodenough, Crimestoppers South Central East Regional Manager
Amber's parents, Emily Barr and Ben Street, said:
"Every morning, we wake up with the indescribable pain of losing Amber so young and so suddenly. Not a second goes by when we aren't grieving the loss of our kind, funny, beautiful girl. Our lives will never be the same again.
"The devastation and the reality of what has been taken from us will never leave, but bringing justice for Amber will give some sense of peace in the face of this devastation."We know there are people out there who have information, and we are asking you to search your conscience and come forward— even the smallest detail could help to bring some closure for Amber's loved ones. If you know something and have stayed silent, please think about the impact that silence has on our family.
"We understand it may feel difficult to speak up, but you can do so completely anonymously through Crimestoppers. Our family is living with the unimaginable pain of losing someone we loved beyond words. We are urging anyone who knows anything, no matter how small it may seem, to do the right thing and come forward."
