Simon’s wife Simone said:
“Simon was my husband of 25 years, my best friend, and my soulmate. I am completely lost and distraught without him. He was deeply loved by our family, and his loss has left a hole in our lives that can never be filled.
“Simon was murdered on 19 December 2025 at approximately 9.35pm. Since that day, our family has been living with unimaginable grief, heartache and anxiety that his killer hasn’t been found. Every day, we are reminded of the life that was taken from us and the questions that remain unanswered.
“It has now been six months since Simon's passing, and we, as a family, deserve answers, closure, and justice for Simon. No family should have to endure the pain of losing a loved one without knowing the full truth of what happened.”
