Crimestoppers offers £20,000 reward for information on Motherwell murder of Jordan Gray

As an independent charity, we're offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Jordan Gray in Motherwell.

Jordan Gray

Jordan was found dead in his own home in Shields Court, Muirhouse on 15 December 2025. Police believe he was deliberately targeted in what they described as a vicious attack on a young man who lived alone.

Despite weeks of extensive enquiries, the gun used in the killing has never been found, and the person behind the murder remains at large.

Police are particularly keen to trace the missing firearm and speak to anyone who saw unusual or suspicious activity near Shields Court at the time of the shooting.

Crimestoppers, which is independent of the police, is supporting this investigation by offering a reward of up to £20,000 for information we exclusively receive that leads to the arrest of those responsible for the fatal shooting of Jordan.

We're urging anyone with information - no matter how small - to come forward anonymously. We never ask for personal details, we can’t trace calls or online submissions, and we guarantee 100% anonymity, every time.

Do you have information, but don't want to speak to the police? You can tell us what you know and remain 100% anonymous - guaranteed

Call free any time on 0800 555 111 or fill in our quick, easy & secure online form, right here on our website:

Give information anonymously

“This was a shocking act of violence that took the life of a young man in his own home and left a community fearful and grieving. We know that some people are reluctant to speak directly to the police, but Crimestoppers offers an alternative, completely anonymous way to share what you know.

“You will never be asked for your name or personal details, and your identity will never be revealed. What you tell us could bring justice for Jordan, his family, and the community. Even the smallest piece of information could help find those responsible for Jordan’s death.”

Angela Parker, Crimestoppers National Manager for Scotland

Anonymity

Crimestoppers guarantees complete anonymity, meaning that people who call or contact us online can pass on what they know without ever giving any personal details. Computer IP addresses are never traced. Telephone calls are never recorded, there is no caller line display and no 1471 facility.

Claiming a reward

The reward will only be payable for information passed directly to Crimestoppers and not to the police. A reward code must be asked for when calling our charity on 0800 555 111. If you contact us via our online form anonymously, the 'keeping in contact’ facility must be used and a reward code must be requested on your initial contact.
