New initiative launched to combat graffiti in Northampton
We've launched a vital community campaign to confront the escalating issue of graffiti in Northampton. The initiative addresses graffiti not only as an act of vandalism but as a significant challenge to community pride and environmental integrity.
We're encouraging local residents to actively participate in this campaign by reporting any graffiti incidents or those responsible for it - 100% anonymously.

Graffiti tarnishes both public and private spaces, detracting from the beauty of our neighbourhoods and potentially fostering a sense of unease among residents and visitors alike. Under the Criminal Damage Act, individuals caught engaging in graffiti can face substantial fines or even imprisonment. Crimestoppers is committed to ensuring that anyone who defaces property is held accountable.
“Our communities flourish when we come together to tackle the issues that affect us all, Graffiti poses a real threat to the quality of life in Northampton.
"We urge anyone who can provide information about graffiti-related activities to come forward. Remember, when you report through Crimestoppers, your identity remains completely anonymous - guaranteed.”
