Mystery of ‘no body’ murder prompts £20,000 reward in hunt for answers

A reward of up to £20,000 is being offered by Crimestoppers for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of Maris Ile, who lived in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

 Victim Maris IleVictim Maris IleMaris, who was 54, was a seasonal worker from Latvia living in the Highgate area of King’s Lynn. He was last seen when he got home from work on the morning of 20 November 2024. 

Described as living a ‘structured life’ and regularly keeping in touch with his family, Maris was reported missing three days later. 

His mother, Galina, described him as “a caring son who loved motorbikes” and is urging anyone who may have information to come forward.

As a charity, independent of the police, Crimestoppers is supporting the investigation by offering up to £20,000 for information we exclusively receive that leads to the conviction of anyone involved in the killing of Maris Ile.
