Keeping Cardiff safe

Whilst Cardiff is a safe place to live, we believe everyone has the right to feel safe from crime, no matter where they live or work.

Our service is available across the UK, 24/7, 365 days a year, either on the phone (0800 555 111) or online, via the secure form here on our website.

Importantly, we are not part of the police, but an independent charity, so people with information who do not want to deal directly with the police can give us their information, safe in the knowledge that they will remain 100% anonymous – guaranteed.

Our highly trained Contact Centre staff can then pass on their valuable information to the relevant police force, helping to generate arrests and convictions. We also offer the facility for information givers to stay in touch with us, whilst remaining anonymous, so that they can be asked further questions about their information.

Help keep your area safe from organised crime

We’re asking residents and businesses in Cardiff to be alert to the activities of organised crime groups and help put a stop to drug dealing and crimes that are fuelled by it, such as violence, modern slavery and exploitation, burglary and theft and the use of weapons.

This campaign highlights to communities across Cardiff that we're here to help, as an independent charity offering the unique opportunity to tell someone what you know about crimes and those involved, and remain 100% anonymous - no one but you will ever know that you contacted us.

Your information can really make a difference

South Wales Police used our Most Wanted platform to publish an appeal for the whereabouts of a man suspected of violent domestic assault. He had been wanted for over six months. Just nine days later, he was arrested in another part of the country, charged and remanded.

And we also offer REWARDS of up to £1,000 for any information that leads to an arrest and charge.

Give information 100% anonymously - call 0800 555 111 or go online here:

We know that many people have serious concerns about giving information on serious crimes like these. They understandably fear retaliation from the criminals they report, if they find out who reported them.

This is why our 100% guarantee of anonymity is so valuable to your community.

Complete peace of mind

Your computer's IP addresses are never traced and no-one will ever know you contacted us. For telephone calls, we have no caller line display, no 1471 facility and have never traced a call.

Multiple languages

If English isn't your first language, we take telephone calls in over 140 different languages, and our online reporting form is also available in all those languages. See the language option at the top of this page for these options.
