Fearless Creative Advisory Group
The Fearless Creative Advisory Group is a programme for young people aged 16-21, running throughout the academic year. It gives young people the opportunity to play a key role in creating a national crime prevention campaign, seeing it through from conception to delivery. Everything is young people-led; we are just here to facilitate space and put resources behind young people’s ideas.
The group has three core objectives:
- To create a national Fearless campaign, including creative outputs (songs, poems, raps, storyboards, scripts, artwork, etc.) to be used in the campaign.
- To shape Fearless’s suite of core assets.
- To review ongoing creative work from Fearless to ensure young people remain at the heart of everything we do.

Nope. We're not looking for any specific experience, we just want to know why you want to join us. The most important thing is that you're happy to share your honest opinions with us!
Our short application form is an opportunity to let us know a bit about you - just be honest and be yourself.
Whilst this is a voluntary role, you will be reimbursed national living wage, in vouchers, for each meeting you attend.
We will meet almost every month, once a month between September and June. Meetings will be between 4-5pm, and a full calendar will be set near the start of each cohort. If there are specific periods of unavailability, please do let us know as soon as possible.
No, you don’t have to feature in our social media to be part of the group. However, we will expect to use every member’s creative input in a national campaign, so you should be comfortable with sharing your creativity and creative outputs (songs, poems, raps, storyboards, scripts, artwork, etc.).
- Are you aged 16-21?
- Are you creative and open minded?
- Have you had first hand experience of crime or the justice system, or take particular interest in crime prevention?
- Are you a good communicator?
If the answer to all of the above is YES, then you’re a perfect fit for the panel.
Please note that spaces are limited, so not all applications are guaranteed to be successful.
The CAG isn’t just about creative thinking; it’s also about building a national community of young people who care.
