About Andre'a
Senior Fearless Worker Andre’a has been spreading the Fearless message for over four years, delivering sessions to young people and facilitating training to professionals in the West Midlands, West Mercia and Warwickshire.
Before joining the Fearless team Andre’a had worked with young people in a variety of settings, which included child protection, mentoring, and observing the similarities and differences within different youth cultures, including working overseas in Turkey, Germany and the Republic of Ireland.
Andre’a has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Community work and a Master of Arts in Social Work, and is passionate about raising awareness to encourage good decision making.

Young People's Workshops
Fearless.org provides free workshops and assemblies aimed at 11-18 year olds in a school or youth setting. These can be provided both in person and virtually. All topics can be delivered in 45 min - 1 hour sessions. There is NO cost for our service, as we are fully funded.
Sessions are fast paced, emotive and engaging; using a variety of media to deliver our safety messages. We are flexible and can adapt sessions to meet the needs of your young people.

CIRV – Community Initiative to Reduce Violence
CIRV is a 2 year Government and West Midlands Police funded programme:
The CIRV programme provides a holistic approach to support people aged 14+ out of and away from criminality.
The programme offers the young people referred in the opportunity to engage with a variety of professionals who can assist them in making positive lifestyle choices, such as, access to employment, life skills, education and training. Aligned to the team are police officers who are called Navigators, a mentor from St Giles Trust, Family Support Worker and Opportunity Finders from Connexions.
The criteria for CIRV is:
- 14 or over
- Gang / USG linked and/or linked to organised crime.
- Suspected involvement in violence, weapon possession.
- Missing episode(s) due to exploitation.
- Must live in Wolverhampton or within 1 hours travelling distance (if moved out of city).
Anyone can refer into CIRV; parents, professionals and individuals themselves.
CIRV WILL SEEK CONSENT – THE REFERRER DOES NOT HAVE TO OBTAIN CONSENT IN ORDER TO REFER TO CIRV.
