Fearless Youth Panel

Our Youth Panel is made up of young people aged 13-17 from across the UK who volunteer their time to help us shape the work we do. We meet every 6 weeks or so to talk about all things Fearless, asking for your thoughts, ideas and feedback to ensure we are delivering the best service for young people.

Some of the things we'll cover in our meetings are;

  • Social media content creation
  • Ideas for campaigns
  • Opinion on local crime issues and emerging crime trends
  • Ideas on how to reach and engage with young people

Nope. We're not looking for any specific experience, we just want to know why you want to join us. The most important thing is that you're happy to share your honest opinions with us! Our short application form is an opportunity to let us know a bit out you - just be honest and be yourself.

We cover a wide range of crime topics such as knife crime, County Lines, Hate Crime, Anti Social Behaviour and many others.

No, the Fearless Youth Panel is a volunteer role.

All members of the Youth Panel receive a Fearless hoodie and some other Fearless merch.

The Fearless Youth Panel meets online around 6 times a year (between October - June) to discuss all things Fearless.

We also have an Instagram DM group where we ask for input in-between meetings, typically around content creation for social media posts.

No, you can be a member of the Youth Panel and not feature on our social media posts or website.

However, if you like to create content for social media and want to feature then there's lots of opportunities to do so.

  • Are you aged 13 - 17?
  • Are you creative and open minded?
  • Do you have knowledge of local issues affecting young people?

Spaces on the Youth Panel are limited to 15 members.

Through participating on the panel you will:
