South West Competition - Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions 

 The terms and conditions apply to the ‘Be Fearless in South West’ promotion available on the Fearless website. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
   
WHO CAN ENTER
  The Promotion is open to 

 1. Residents of South West England (Bristol, South Glos, BaNES, Somerset, North Somerset, Devon or Cornwall) 

2. Aged 13 – 18 years old, except for any employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter. 

3. If you are under 18 years old you must have the permission of your parent or guardian, who must have read and agreed to these terms on your behalf.  Proof of consent and contact details for your parent or guardian will be required.

 
HOW TO ENTER

To take part in this promotion, you will need to:

 1. Go to Fearless.org, click on What is Fearless? and then on to our FAQs to help answer Question 1 - What does anonymous mean?

2. After FAQs go to our More Info tab, click on Crime Types Explained to help answer Question 2 - County Lines is a form of criminal exploitation. How many signs to spot have we listed on our website?

3. Click on the enter here link and answer all the questions

4. Click SUMBIT

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries that have been generated by an automatic means will also be void.

 
CLOSING DATE

1. The Promotion commences at 10am (GMT) on Thursday March 2nd 2023 and closes at midnight (GMT) on Friday March 31^st 2023. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be counted.

  WINNER SELECTION

1. Three winners will be selected at random (under the supervision of an independent person) from all complete, correct and eligible entries received by the closing date.

2. The winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw.

  
PRIZE

1. The prizes are

 First Prize – £100 voucher of your choice

Second Prize - £50 voucher of your choice

Third Prize - £25 voucher of your choice

 2. The promoter will only approve requests for vouchers that are deemed to be age appropriate.  

3. Entrants under the age of 18 will need to obtain their parent or guardian’s consent before accepting the prize.  Proof of consent and contact details of your parent or guardian will be required.

4. If any winner is not able to accept the prize for any reason, cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, or fails to provide any required proof of age or consent, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

5. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prize where applicable.

6. For the names of the prize winner(s), please contact fearless@crimestoppers-uk.org within 30 days of the promotion period and state the name and date of the promotion.

   
POLICIES

1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Crimestoppers Trust reserves the right to remove or refuse any entries from the competition for any reason.

3. Winners selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any companies mentioned in the voucher. You are providing your information to Crimestoppers Trust and not to any other party. 5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  LIABILITY
 Crimestoppers Trust bears no responsibility for loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of participation and/or involvement in the competition.

 The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but Crimestoppers Trust reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these Terms by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the award of a prize, then the organisers may require the return of that prize.
