"We have been gathering intelligence, investigating crime and prosecuting criminals since 1983. Regarded as the leaders in intellectual property protection in the film and broadcasting sectors, we also investigate cybercrime, fraud and other IP crime. Our intelligence-gathering investigations and global due diligence services mitigate risk and assist governments, law enforcement and private organisations in making informed decisions.

"Our partnership with Crimestoppers allows consumers to anonymously report any content they see that doesn’t look right so we can take effective action and hold those responsible accountable for their actions."

Kieron Sharp CEO

In 2016, Crimestoppers set up an anonymous reporting service on behalf of the UK energy industry, to enable the public to report on energy theft. The Stay Energy Safe service now takes over 9,000 contacts each year. As part of this service we also undertake marketing activity, which runs throughout the year, highlighting the dangers of energy theft, and empowering people to speak up and stay safe. Find out more about our Stay Energy Safe service.

“Crimestoppers has delivered growth every year that the Stay Energy Safe service has been in place, with the number of reports tripling over the past 3 years.”
