Most Wanted: for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and money laundering.

We're offering a reward of up to £1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charge of:

Zulfkar SHEBLAN

Caine MORSE

Wanted in connection with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and money laundering.

It's believed that In March 2020, Sheblan and Morse were part of an Organised Crime Group based in South Wales, who were conspiring with other Organised Crime Groups within the UK and abroad to source and supply large quantities of Class ‘A’ controlled drugs, including heroin and cocaine, into and around the Cardiff and Newport areas.

The public are encouraged not to approach Sheblan and Morse, but to get in contact with Crimestoppers anonymously or alternatively the police immediately.
***Crimestoppers – which is independent of the police - is supporting the investigation by offering a reward of up to £1,000 for anonymous information it exclusively receives either online here on our website or by calling freephone 0800 555 111 – that leads to the arrest of Zulfkar SHEBLAN and Caine MORSE.***

“As a charity that’s independent of the police, we have always kept our promise of anonymity. We’ve supported millions of people who have trusted us with their crime information since we began in the late 1980s.

“Please call our UK Contact Centre on freephone 0800 555 111, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or fill in our simple and secure anonymous online form. Nobody will know you contacted us. You may also be eligible for a reward - and no piece of information is too small to tell us.”

Claiming a reward
The reward will only be payable for information passed directly to Crimestoppers and not to the police – a reward code must be asked for when calling the charity on 0800 555 111. If you contact Crimestoppers via the anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org, the 'keeping in contact’ facility must be used and a reward code must be requested. You must log back in 24 hours later to get the code. You will be asked to check with Crimestoppers two months later with the reward code to see if there has been a positive result. More details about the rewards process – at the heart of which is ensuring you stay 100% anonymous – can be found here.
