Cardiff: £10,000 reward over murder of teenager in 2010

A renewed appeal has been launched to find Mohammed Ali Ege, who is wanted for the murder of Aamir Siddiqi in Cardiff on 11 April 2010.

In a case of mistaken identity, 17-year-old Aamir died having suffered multiple stab wounds.

The attack happened at his home in Ninian Road, Roath, in Cardiff.

Following the incident, Mohammed Ali Ege fled the UK in an attempt to avoid law enforcement and lived overseas in the Middle East. In 2013, he was found and arrested in India. Whilst awaiting extradition in 2017, he escaped custody in India and is still unlawfully at large.

Our charity is supporting South Wales Police – who are closely liaising with the National Crime Agency – in the search for Mohammed Ali Ege and combining efforts to help bring him to justice in the UK.
