We're offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information leading to the arrest of Sean Durkin.
The 33-year-old from Adswood in Stockport is wanted by Greater Manchester Police in connection with a savage assault that left the victim with numerous facial injuries.
Durkin is alleged to have attacked a man at the Casino on St Petersgate in Stockport at around 4.25am on 1 June 2014. As a result of the incident, the victim was left with a broken jaw and chin, two broken teeth and a cut above his right eye. His injuries required three plates to be surgically inserted into his face.
Durkin was conditionally released from prison in September 2013 after serving an eight year prison sentence following an attack where he stabbed a man in the neck in an unprovoked attack. He is now on breach of his conditions and has been recalled to prison.
Crimestoppers is offering the reward for information which leads to Durkin’s arrest.
Gary Murray, Regional Manager for Crimestoppers, said: “Durkin is an extremely violent individual, which is why it is so important that he is found as soon as possible.
“There are people out there who know where he is and I would urge you to do the right thing and contact us anonymously.
“We don’t take personal details and we can’t trace calls or information given online. No-one will ever know you called.”
Durkin is described as a white male, 5’ 7" tall, of medium build with short brown hair and a Manchester accent. He may have changed his appearance since the last time he was pictured and is believed to have put on weight.
He has also been known to use the aliases Sean Nolan and Sean Murphy, or may be using a different name altogether.
