We are offering a reward of up to £3,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the murder of a man from Sunderland.

Robert Hutchinson, 56, was reported missing at the end of June 2014 and was last seen more than six weeks ago, but police now believe he may have been murdered.

His last known movements saw him leave his home in Corporation Road, Hendon, in his car - a blue Nissan Micra, at around 6.20pm on Monday 23 June 2014.

Robert's disappearance became a murder inquiry in mid-July and we are appealing, along with the police, for information from the public.
