Reward of up to £2k offered for information leading to arrest of Allcie Houlder

We are today offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information leading to the arrest of Allcie Houlder.

Houlder, aged 21, was last known to be living in Mantle Way, Stratford and is also believed to have links to Southend, Romford and Newham, though it is believed that he left the UK on a ferry to France on Friday 19 February.

HoulderHe is described as 5ft 11 inches tall with dark skin, and has a small scar on his chin and the word Tarnia tattooed on the right side of his neck.

Houlder is wanted on suspicion of the murder of Nico Ramsay, aged 19, who was found with a stab wound to the chest in Napier Avenue, Southend on Saturday 13 February 2016. Ramsay died in hospital four days later.

We are now offering the reward of up to £2,000 for information that leads to Houlder’s arrest.
