Incredibly, we only have 105 members of paid staff across the UK – and together we achieve far greater success than our size suggests. We have employees working in wide ranging roles but all with a deep commitment to reducing crime and the fear of crime.

Roughly a third of our employees work at ‘The Bureau’, our 24/7 call handling centre. We also have a third of our employees based in regions across the UK undertaking a range of activities including supporting our volunteer committees to deliver campaigns, running events and working with our stakeholders to address their local priorities. The remaining third of our employees work in our Central Office in Surrey to look after community and youth projects, fundraise, support our extensive regional network of volunteers, manage our national media relations and communications and deliver business support services such as finance and HR.

Crimestoppers is ambitious in its plans and strategy and we need talented individuals to join us in sharing and driving our success.
